At etch, we are a globally-inspired restaurant located in the heart of Nashville and Franklin. Our restaurants are designed to provide a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests. Our menu is eclectic and globally-inspired, with dishes that reflect our chef's travels and love of international cuisine.

Our Story

Our chef and owner, Deb Paquette, has been a driving force in the Nashville culinary scene for over 30 years. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, she became the first woman in Tennessee to qualify as a certified executive chef. With a long history of winning awards and accolades, Deb is known for her signature bright flavors and layered dishes. Our menu is designed to be both familiar and adventurous, with dishes that pay homage to Deb's favorite regions of the world.

Our Locations

We have two locations, one in downtown Nashville and one in Franklin, Tennessee. Our Nashville location is situated in the lively downtown area, with two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef's bar with a view into the open kitchen. Our Franklin location is set to open in Spring 2024, and will offer the same unique dining experience as our Nashville location.

Our Menu

Our menu is designed to be both familiar and adventurous, with dishes that pay homage to Deb's favorite regions of the world. We offer a globally-inspired menu that incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb's travels and love of international cuisine. Our wine list features over 80 choices, and we also offer high-gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef, and we offer house-made ice creams and artfully plated desserts that change seasonally.

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is designed to reward our loyal customers. When you join our program, you'll earn points for every dollar spent at our family of restaurants. For every $1 spent, 1 point will be added to your rewards account. For every 200 points earned, you'll receive a $10 reward that can be redeemed at any of our restaurants. These rewards can be redeemed individually or saved up for a big night out on the town!
