With a background in economics and psychology from the University of Rochester, David's passion for the hospitality industry led him to pursue a degree in hospitality management from the New York City College of Technology.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, David has built a reputation for exceptional customer service and innovative event design. His expertise has taken him to the forefront of the catering world, where he has been invited to lecture on the art of customer service and the business of catering at esteemed institutions such as the American Institute of Wine and Food, New York University, and the James Beard House.
