With a background in Search and Rescue and a passion for climbing, Roy has been able to train his employees beyond industry standards. We specialize in commercial high rise window cleaning, using OSHA and ANSI approved equipment and holding monthly safety meetings. We also enroll in a cost containment program with our work-men's comp carrier. Our work areas are barricaded off to insure the public's safety.
In addition to commercial high rise services, we provide residential window cleaning, including cleaning the frames and screens on your home. Our employees are uniformed and wear shoe covers while working inside.
We also offer services for small businesses, maintaining your windows on a regular basis to let in more light and create a more professional appearance for your customers. We can put you on a bi-monthly or monthly service schedule.
Solar farms can also benefit from our services, as maintaining your solar panels on a regular basis allows them to work more efficiently. We use a deionization system that leaves your solar panels spot free.
If your building's glass has oxidation from lack of service, mineral deposits leaching out of precast, or calcium deposits from sprinkler systems, our glass restoration process can remove minor scratching. This process is much cheaper than glass replacement.
We also provide consultation services for Architects and General Contractors, offering consultation on anchor systems and proper placement.
