Joey Bradley, one of the founding partners, has a background in architecture and has helped develop an office culture focused on integrity and client responsiveness. Jason Schmidt, also a founding partner, has a strong background in architecture and has been instrumental in developing the office's production techniques and visual communication elements. Alan Dixon, with over two decades of experience, is key in the daily operations at BSA. Debra Sullivan, with over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, is an integral part of the daily operations.
