Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our personal training sessions are customized by your trainer, specifically to meet your needs and guide you to reaching your goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, add muscle, improve your health, or achieve a sport-specific goal, our one-on-one training program will assure your success.

In addition to personal training, we also offer group personal training, known as "Fit Club". This small group training program is designed to build your strongest/healthiest body ever. Our training sessions are with a group of up to 8 people, coached by a certified personal trainer. Every session is different, covering challenges in strength, stability, balance, core, and cardiovascular endurance training. All progressions are explained to offer exercises that fit any fitness level.

Meet Our Team

Our team is dedicated to making fitness and health a lifestyle. Meet Julie Edgar, our owner and certified personal trainer, who has been with T3 Fitness since 2010. She is dedicated to making fitness and health her lifestyle and has achieved a huge personal goal of losing 170lbs. Our team also includes Laura Rogers and Gabby Flater, both certified personal trainers who are passionate about motivating and helping you reach your goals.
