Our therapist, Ashley Francis, is dedicated to helping her clients uncover the underlying issues that are holding them back and teach them the skills to access their own healing power.
Our Services
We specialize in the individual, drug-free treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma in adults. Our services include anxiety treatment, depression therapy, PTSD treatment and trauma therapy, intensives, and Reiki. We also offer personalized counseling and wellness initiatives tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Our Process
Our process is designed to be flexible and tailored to each client's needs. We understand that every individual's journey is unique, and we strive to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses each client's specific challenges and goals. Our process includes three phases: Foundations, Working, and Maintenance. In the Foundations phase, we establish trust and create a safe space for our clients to open up. In the Working phase, we dive deeper into the issues and develop coping strategies. In the Maintenance phase, we focus on solidifying progress and providing ongoing support.
Our Strategies
Our strategies include talk therapy, therapeutic journaling, meditation and mindfulness practices, exploration of relationships with food and body image, breathing exercises, experiential exercises, spiritual guidance, and inner child work. We also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and value/worth work to help our clients set and enforce healthy boundaries.
