Naomi Wolf, our founder, brings a unique blend of expertise to her practice. Certified in Grief Massage and Asian Body work, she has also studied Reflexology, Reiki, Deep tissue, and Palliative Care. Her personal experience with a life-threatening illness has deepened her understanding of the need for holistic healing, including the importance of touch, immune enhancement, and spiritual grounding. Naomi offers Grief Massage, a specialized form of touch therapy designed to help alleviate symptoms of grief, and is also trained in Creative Grief Coaching to guide individuals through the grieving process.

Evie Wolf, our Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Yoga teacher, offers a range of services including Intuitive Healing sessions, Yoga & Meditation classes, and Ayurvedic Nutrition Coaching. With a focus on cultivating positive transformation, Evie provides personalized sessions tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Her expertise in Kripalu Yoga and Ayurvedic Nutrition ensures that every session is both supportive and challenging, helping you to expand your flexibility, strength, and awareness.
