Disappointing Experiences
Gabriella Coffie experienced a frustrating encounter at Golden Days Healthcare. Despite being a first-time patient, she was charged a $35 late fee for showing up 30 minutes late to her appointment. The doctor then attempted to charge her another $35 for a no-show appointment in February, citing that she couldn't move forward without the payment. This led to a negative impression of the clinic.
Octayvia Overton also had a disappointing experience. Her daughter's telehealth appointment was rescheduled multiple times, with the doctor finally attending to her at 9:50 am, an hour after the scheduled time. Octayvia felt disrespected and frustrated with the lack of time management and personal accountability.
Exceptional Care
