Patient Satisfaction
The majority of patients who have reviewed their experiences at Main Street Family Dentistry have had a positive experience, praising the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the quality of care provided. However, there have also been a few instances of negative experiences, which are discussed below.
Unprofessional and Poorly Managed
Zach Papaccio, a healthcare provider himself, left a scathing review, citing an unacceptable experience with the dentist's office. He had to change his insurance plan, and although the office initially told him they accepted the new plan, they later informed him that they did not participate and expected him to pay $260 for a previous visit. Papaccio was extremely disappointed and felt that the office was unprofessional and poorly managed.
Poor Customer Service
Another negative review came from Erika Tama, who had a routine cleaning and was treated professionally and well.
