Dr. Crystal Arpei-McHugh, a Saratoga native, graduated from Bates College and later earned her Master's degree in Health Management from Union College. She then pursued her passion for dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors in pediatrics. Dr. Arpei-McHugh completed her general practice residency at St. Clare's Hospital in Schenectady, NY. She is board-certified and dedicated to providing the highest standard of dental care to her patients.
