Our Story
As a State Farm agent, I, Todd Riggs, have been serving the Toledo community for the last 18 years. I am proud to be a part of this community and to have the opportunity to help my neighbors and friends protect what matters most. I am a graduate of Miami (OH) University, where I met my wife Barb of 30 years. We have six kids, three of which are adopted through Lucas County Children Services, which has been the adventure of a lifetime.
