Willowbend Animal Hospital was established in August 2012 by Dr. Michael R. Johnson, a 1993 graduate of Iowa State University. With 20 years of experience in Wichita, Dr. Johnson has built a reputation for providing exceptional veterinary care that focuses on diagnosing and treating chronic pain in pets. Dr. Johnson is passionate about improving the quality of life for pets, and he takes a comprehensive approach to veterinary medicine that includes vaccinations, microchipping, heartworm testing, and flea prevention, as well as chronic pain management, stem cell therapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy.
