Our Doctors
Dr. Valerie Potter and Dr. Victoria Melcher are highly trained and experienced optometrists who are dedicated to providing the highest level of eye care. They have focused their efforts on building a practice that provides ethical, accurate, and advanced eye care combined with unsurpassed quality in patient care all in a very comfortable and friendly environment.
Dr. Melcher graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University. During her education, she completed three externships, including studying low vision and low vision aides from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, being extensively trained in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases at Vision America, and co-management of Lasik and cataract surgery at the sixth medical group at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa. Dr. Melcher is board-certified and has been practicing primary eye care in Pinellas County for many years.
