There are several issues with the office staff and communication. The office staff needs to improve in responding to messages, requests from pharmacies, labs, and specialty doctors. They also need to be more polite and caring with patients. There were instances where patients were not informed about cancelled appointments, and they had to wait for a long time for callbacks.
billing policies
Some patients were unhappy with the billing policies of the office. One patient was charged $190 for a 5-10 minute televisit, which they thought was overpriced.
