Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is a non-profit, critical access hospital that has been serving as the sole healthcare provider in Huerfano County for three decades. Our Family Clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services for patients of all ages. Our Outreach and Women's Clinic offers specialized services for women, including obstetrics and gynecology. Our Specialty Clinic provides a wide range of specialized medical services, including cardiology, orthopedics, and neurology.

Our Surgical Team provides a full range of surgical services, including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and gynecologic surgery. Our Critical Access Hospital provides emergency care, inpatient care, and swing bed services. Our Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy department provides rehabilitation services for patients who have suffered injuries or illnesses.

Our Laboratory and Imaging Department provide diagnostic services to help our physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions. Our Retail Pharmacy provides prescription medications and over-the-counter products to our patients.

The Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center is a state-of-the-art facility that provides long-term care and supportive services to veterans. Our center is designed to meet the unique needs of veterans and to provide them with a home away from home.

Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is located in Walsenburg, Colorado, on the high plains of Southeastern Colorado. Our healthcare center overlooks Lathrop State Park, with the spectacular Spanish Peaks serving as the backdrop.
