Office Experience
The office is spacious and child-friendly, with kind doctors and staff who thoroughly explain procedures. The entrance can be hard to find, but the staff is compassionate and comforting during procedures.
Staff and Bedside Manner
The staff is extremely kind, compassionate, and comforting, making patients feel safe and supported. They are receptive to patients' needs and adjust their care accordingly. The anesthesiologist is careful and attentive, ensuring a seamless transition to anesthesia.
Complaints about Parental Accompaniment
One parent had a negative experience when they were initially denied the request to be present during their 6-year-old daughter's procedure. The doctor questioned their need to be present, citing his education and certification, and implied that the parent's presence would disrupt his authority. The parent refused to leave their child alone and eventually left the office due to the doctor's condescending tone and lack of knowledge about the procedure.
