As a licensed professional counselor and a registered dietitian, I bring a unique combination of expertise to the counseling table. With over 25 years of experience in Edmond, Oklahoma, I utilize various therapeutic modalities to address the physical and emotional aspects of well-being.

My primary approach is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This evidence-based technique effectively treats trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I am a certified EMDR consultant and have extensive experience guiding others towards their healing journeys.
