My Journey
When I turned 40, I was a successful executive but still felt unfulfilled. I was chronically ill and under unbearable amounts of stress and pressure. A mindfulness class and working with a coach sparked a significant turning point in my life. In a short period, I went from surviving to thriving in all areas of my life. I now share the same proven tools and strategies with others, and they too experience permanent, lasting results and transformations.
