Our journey began in the early 1900s when E.P. Burns founded our funeral home. Over the years, our funeral home has been carried on by subsequent generations, including J.P. Burns and Sehl Burns. In 1979, we acquired Garfield Funeral Home on Westcott Street, and our business became Burns-Garfield Funeral Home. Today, we are proud to operate from our modern and beautiful facility located in Syracuse, NY.
