Agency History
Independent Agents of Kentucky was founded in 1958 by Barry Easley. In the 1970s, Joe Borsch joined Mr. Easley, and they operated under the name Easley & Borsch. In the late 1980s, Mr. Easley retired and sold the agency to Mr. Borsch. Around that time, the company acquired a small insurance agency, expanding its scope and expertise.
