Our Class Schedule
We offer a range of classes designed to meet the needs of our students, including:
- 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Class: A prerequisite course consisting of real estate principles and practices and Florida real estate license law
- 45-Hour Sales Associate Post-License Class: A "how-to" course covering all subject matter prescribed by the Florida Real Estate Commission
- 72-Hour Broker Pre-License Class: A comprehensive course covering the three approaches to value, principles and practices of appraising, finance, investments analysis, and brokerage management
- 60-Hour Broker Post-License Class: A course providing real estate brokers, sales associates, appraisers, and property managers with a basic knowledge of residential construction
