Common Issues
However, a few reviewers have had negative experiences, citing issues with the prescription and the financial responsibility for corrections.
Difficulty with Prescription
Bill Sisk had issues with his distance vision after receiving new progressive lenses and had problems getting adjustments made. He was told that he would have to pay full price for a second office visit to correct the issue, which he found unacceptable. Nathan Willingham had similar issues with his thick glasses and astigmatism, but was pleased with the attention and care received from Dr. Racoma.
Inconvenient Policy
Ariadne Robles had to submit her own claim for her glasses, which was not ideal, but appreciated the excellent customer service and high-end glass selection.
