Policies

- Age Restrictions: We do not provide Brazilian waxes to minors under the age of 18. We do wax legs, arms, and face on minors 16 years and older with parental consent.
- Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full price of all services booked.
- No Call/No Show Policy: We define a no call/no show as a guest not showing up for their reservation without calling us to inform us of a cancellation. In this case, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all services booked.
- Rescheduling Policy: We require 24 hours' notice to reschedule a reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full price of all services booked.
- Inappropriate Behavior Policy: We have a strict "Don't Be A Creep" policy, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If deemed necessary, we will ask a client to leave the premises and will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all services booked.
Booking a Reservation
Please note that all services require a valid credit card to secure your appointment. We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and can be redeemed for any of our services. Please note that gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
