After several years in the HVAC industry, Albert was determined that there was a better way to do business. In 2012, he started Liberty Air & Heat on a solid foundation built from his extensive knowledge and principles of honesty and hard work. Albert leads by example and his team is a direct reflection of his strong work ethic and passion to serve others with integrity and professionalism.
Cheslie Demaio, General Manager
Coming from a territory sales background, Cheslie joined the team in early 2019 and has continued to find ways to refine and systemize daily processes to increase Liberty's consistency, efficiency, and profitability. With a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing minor, Cheslie has strengthened the company's image and will continue to develop marketing strategies to drive awareness and new business to ultimately support the company's vision of being the #1 trusted HVAC partner in DFW.
