Our Story
Urban Acupuncture Center, Ohio's 1st Community Acupuncture clinic, was co-founded by Steve Drugan and Susan Bowlus in 2010. Our team of licensed acupuncturists meet the highest standards of education and certification required to practice acupuncture. We're dedicated to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients, and we're passionate about helping our community achieve optimal health and wellness.
Our Services
We offer a range of services, including Private Acupuncture, Community Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, Reiki, Moxibustion Therapy, and Herbal Therapy. Our Private Acupuncture treatments provide comprehensive care in a private room, with electrical stimulation available at the acupuncturist's discretion. Our Community Acupuncture treatments are offered in a group setting, making it an affordable and efficient way to receive frequent treatment. Our Massage Therapy sessions promote relaxation, reduce stress, and balance the body. Our Cupping Therapy relieves chronic pain and tension, reduces inflammation, and reduces stress. Our Gua Sha therapy promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves overall health. Our Reiki therapy promotes relaxation, rest, and healing, increases energy, and reduces stress.
