Meet Dr. Jeffrey Frerichs
Dr. Jeffrey Frerichs is a dedicated and experienced dentist who has been serving the Champaign, Urbana, and Savoy communities for over 27 years. He is committed to providing the highest quality of dental care, using state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based practices. Dr. Frerichs believes in treating each patient as a unique individual, deserving of respect, compassion, and personalized care.
Meet Our Team
Our team is professional, caring, articulate, and respectful. We have very little staff turnover and have worked side by side for so long that we are a family. This closeness allows us to maintain a warm and stable environment, where we can focus on each patient, personally, and ensure they feel safe, heard, and valued. Our team includes:
- Anna, Office Manager: Anna started as a dental assistant, then completed a dental hygiene program and worked as a hygienist. She now works as our office manager, where she welcomes and checks in patients, answers calls, schedules and confirms appointments, handles insurance verification, claims, and follow-up, and manages billing. She appreciates her current role, as it allows her to interact with patients on the administrative and clinical sides of the practice.
- Kim, Dental Assistant: Kim started working in the dental field in 1998. She attended the dental assisting program at Parkland College and completed the certificate program. As an assistant, she prepares rooms, seats patients, and gets them ready for their procedure. She enjoys helping others and being part of a practice that helps patients achieve and keep healthy smiles.
- Lisa, Dental Assistant and Office Manager: Lisa has been in the dental field since 2002. She loves her role, as it allows her to connect with and build real friendships with our patients during visits. She enjoys getting to see our patients on a regular basis and catching up on their lives and families. Lisa respects and appreciates Dr. Frerichs' talent and his ability to make people smile. Our team truly cares about each other, too, and we support each other in and out of the office.
- Sara L., Licensed Dental Hygienist: Sara started in the dental field in 2003 and holds an AAS from Parkland College in the dental hygiene program. She enjoys building relationships with everyone and providing the best care possible.
