At Northwest Fitness Project, we believe in the transformative power of fitness. Our journey began eight years ago, when co-owners Kyle Davis and Matt Holland started working together at an independent corporate gym. As they continued to work together, they realized that they shared a common dream of creating a facility that would serve as a community hub for fitness enthusiasts. With a shared passion for effective functional fitness, they merged their businesses and opened Northwest Fitness Project in June 2017.

Today, we are proud to say that our studio has become the premier training studio in Seattle, with a team of over 15 trainers and a wide range of services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. From personal training to small group training, we offer a variety of programs that cater to different needs and preferences.

Small Group Training

Our small group training program offers a unique and challenging workout experience that is designed to simulate real-life situations. Our trainers work closely with participants to create a customized workout plan that is tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Group Training

Our group training program is designed for individuals who want to experience the benefits of working out in a group setting. Our trainers lead high-energy workouts that are designed to challenge and motivate participants. Our group training classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure that each participant receives personalized attention and support.

Our Space

Our state-of-the-art training studio is equipped with the latest in fitness equipment and technology. Our studio is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment that allows you to focus on your workout and achieve your fitness goals. Our studio features advanced equipment, such as an InBody 570, which provides accurate and non-invasive body composition analysis.
