Our Story
Vida Bodywork was founded by Vida Ponsavanh, a licensed massage therapist with a rich cultural background in Laos and Thailand. With over four years of experience in massage therapy, Vida brought her expertise to Minnesota in 2009 and opened her first studio in Uptown in 2013. In 2016, she expanded to a larger storefront on Lake and Lyndale, where we proudly serve our community today.
