Our Story
As a young boy, our owner, David Solomon, developed a passion for working on cars with his father, a licensed Pennsylvania State Auto Safety Inspector. This passion turned into a career, and David became an ASE Certified Master Technician with over 25 years of experience. He has owned and operated David's Garage since 1981, and our current location since 1988. Our mission is to provide honest, fair, and dependable auto repair and maintenance services to the Akron community.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of auto repair and maintenance services, including brake repair, check engine light diagnostics, fleet services, muffler repair, oil change, tire sales, and wheel alignment. Our technicians are trained to work on all makes and models of vehicles, including hybrid vehicles. We are an approved State Inspection center, providing pre-purchase, DOT, and yearly State inspections, including emissions testing. Our goal is to provide personalized factory-scheduled maintenance plans to help you avoid costly repairs and breakdowns, improve performance and fuel efficiency.
