Our Story
Dr. Patricia McConnell opened her own practice, Artistic Smiles Dentistry S.C., in 2003 after moving to Wisconsin. She has three grown children and is happily empty-nesting with her husband, Dr. Montgomery (Monk) Elmer. Dr. McConnell enjoys volunteering at the Tri-County Dental Clinic, attending continuing education, cooking, and travel. Our office strives to make all our patients feel like they are part of our dental family. We want to get to know you and learn your goals for your dental care.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of dental services, including dentures, partials, bridges, gum therapy, teeth whitening, crowns in a day, root canals, wireless braces, dental implant restorations, extractions, children's care, and more. Our office is equipped with advanced technology, including CEREC machine, digital x-rays, and lasers, to provide you with the best possible care. We also offer a membership plan for those without dental benefits.
