Our History
Founded in 2004, Yost Family Chiropractic in Urbandale, Iowa has already helped thousands of patients regain their health and vitality. Our journey began when our founder, Heather Yost DC, DACCP, CFMP, had a vision to create a wellness center that provides high-quality care, personalized attention, and a supportive environment for our patients. Today, we are proud to continue Dr. Yost's legacy, providing an unparalleled level of care for our community.
Dr. Megan Ries
Dr. Megan Ries grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and pursued her passion for healthcare by studying biology at Wartburg College. She later attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Additionally, she has extended her education through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in pregnancy and pediatric care. Since graduating in 2013, Dr. Megan has been dedicated to serving her patients and has been practicing in the Des Moines area since 2016.
Dr. Adam Ries
Dr. Adam Ries was born and raised in Hopkinton, Iowa and discovered his passion for chiropractic care as a child. He went on to study biology at Wartburg College and later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Adam has expanded his knowledge through postgraduate training in neuropathy and has been practicing in the Des Moines area since 2016.
