Our History
In the summer of 1945, Charlotte businessman F.H. Ross, Sr. and Carrier Corporation engineer C.N. Witmer formed one of the Charlotte area's first heating and air conditioning companies. Mr. Ross and Mr. Witmer had a simple, shared goal: to expertly install high-quality products made by a leading manufacturer. Since its acquisition by Ralph W. Phillips, the air conditioning company has been family-operated for three generations.
