Additionally, we offer specialized services such as Neurolens technology, Dry Eye Center, and Myopia Control. Our Neurolens technology uses contoured prism to correct misalignment of the eyes, alleviating symptoms associated with reading or doing up-close work. Our Dry Eye Center offers FDA-approved procedures such as OptiLight and Lipiflow, along with meibomian gland imaging. Furthermore, our Myopia Control treatment helps slow the progression of nearsightedness in children, teens, and adults.

Unreliable Service and Rude Staff
Employees at this eye care center have been reported to not honor their promises. One reviewer, Jose Monterrubio, had his glasses damaged by his dog and was told that the warranty would cover the repairs. However, when he went to pick up his repaired glasses, he was charged an additional $139, even though he had clearly explained the situation earlier.
Poor Medical Practice
Clark Chaney had a terrible experience with Dr. Ricalde, who prescribed expensive name-brand eye drops without considering alternative options. When he complained, he was told to get better insurance. Dr. Ricalde also pushed for expensive surgery and ultimately cancelled his appointment.
Exceptional Customer Service
On the other hand, many reviewers praised the friendly, professional, and helpful staff at Lifetime Optometric. Dr. Staci Hamamoto and her team were commended for their expertise, patience, and willingness to explain treatments and options.
Questionable Business Practices
Duncan McIntyre felt that the prices for contact lenses were too high and suggested seeking out better deals elsewhere. Tracy Cooper, on the other hand, appreciated the detailed explanations and helpful staff at the eye examination process.
