Willdebietz Musik Conservatory

Willdebietz Music Conservatory is a music school located in the heart of Hemet, California. Our mission is to provide excellent academic music education that is accessible, inclusive, and socially conscious. We are passionate about preserving the musical arts and cultivating musical mastery in every student who walks through our doors.

Our Services

At Willdebietz Music Conservatory, we offer private instrument instruction for all ages and skill levels on piano, percussion, guitar, flute, saxophone, bass, ukulele, and violin. Our private lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each student, and we are committed to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment.

In addition to private lessons, we offer group classes and ensembles that provide students with the opportunity to play music with others. Our ensembles include a variety of options, from choir and orchestra to jazz band and mariachi, and many of them are free for students who are enrolled in private lessons.

We are proud to offer a unique curriculum that not only meets state standards but also promotes social-emotional learning and growth. Our curriculum raises questions and explores topics that are often overlooked in traditional music education, such as the music of women and people of color, the worldwide spread and influence of African music, and the way that the hearing-impaired perceive and enjoy music. By doing so, we help our students develop wide, compassionate, worldviews while expanding their musical horizons.

Our Team

Willdebietz Music Conservatory is owned and operated by husband and wife duo William Rury and Julia Bietz Rury, two local musicians and educators who are deeply committed to the idea that music education should be accessible, inclusive, and socially conscious. Our team of instructors are all highly qualified musicians and educators who share our passion for music and our commitment to providing excellent academic music education.
