Problems with Repair
Paul's experiences with Pacific Rim Auto were marred by a series of incidents. He claimed that the shop forgot to add transmission fluid to his Subaru, causing it to run without oil for several days. Additionally, a new header installed on his Toyota Tacoma damaged his power steering pump and K&N air filter. He also had to replace his clutch twice, with the second replacement not addressing the whining noise issue.
Communication Issues
Paul was unhappy with the communication he received from Pacific Rim Auto. He felt that the shop repeatedly failed to address his concerns and instead tried to convince him that the problems were his own doing.
