As a long-time resident of Big Canoe, I, Linda Travis, have had the privilege of watching this community evolve and grow. My husband, children, and I have lived in Big Canoe since 1992, and we've had the pleasure of raising our children through the local Pickens County school system. Our family's deep-rooted connection to Big Canoe has given us a unique understanding of the community's needs and desires.
