Building Design: Our team has designed various buildings, including a 5,700 SF retail liquor store building in West Hartford, CT, and a single-family house on a new lot in Amherst, MA.
Rehabilitation and Restoration: We have also worked on rehabilitation projects, including the rehabilitation of School No. 9 in Yonkers, NY, and the conversion of an abandoned apartment building into a 6-unit condominium in Hartford, CT.
