Armada Home Health Care Reviews
Disappointing Experiences
Many reviewers expressed disappointment with their experiences with Armada Home Health Care. Frank K. reported that after being referred to the service, no nurse ever contacted him or his wife, despite multiple phone calls to the office. C. M. described the staff as "unbelievably unprofessional" and reported high turnover rates, with new staff members arriving at their home every other day. They also mentioned that one staff member smelled bad, didn't wear a mask, and took pictures of their home.
Concerns with Staff and Management

He praised the therapists, Melissa and Monique, as well as their bosses, Steve and Beverly, and nurse Stephanie, for their excellent care of his mother after a hip fracture. He credited them with helping his mother recover fully and regain her independence.
