Our Team
Our team is made up of experienced professionals who have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. Our team consists of Brian V. Cates, CPA, who has been providing accounting, tax, and consulting services to Southern California businesses since 1991. Brian has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and has developed valuable skills as a governmental auditor, technical support representative for MAS90 accounting software, and as a Vice-President of Finance for an international manufacturer.
We also have Stephanie M. Cates, CPA, who holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and has held corporate accounting positions since 1988. Stephanie is instrumental in providing innovative and unique accounting and bookkeeping services to our corporate clients. She is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and manages the firm's small business accounting services for companies using Intuit products.

Our fees are based on very competitive hourly rates and all services are negotiated and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Our standard fees range from $90 to $190 per hour and are based on actual time spent and degree of responsibility involved.
