Joseph J. Wadland
Joseph J. Wadland, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience in civil litigation and trial. His practice focuses on health care, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance coverage, subrogation, traumatic personal injury, closely-held corporation disputes, employment litigation, and clergy sex abuse. Mr. Wadland is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is also a trained mediator and has completed the Harvard Negotiation Institute 2019 Program on Mediating Disputes sponsored by the Harvard Law School Executive Education Program.
James L. Ackerman
James L. Ackerman, Esq. practices in the areas of corporate law and business litigation. With over 45 years of experience, Mr. Ackerman has a deep understanding of corporate law and business litigation. Prior to joining Wadland & Ackerman, Mr. Ackerman practiced with one of New England's largest law firms, Day, Berry & Howard, for over 25 years. He also opened the Boston office of the firm and managed it for over 20 years.
