- Mechanical Engineering: Our mechanical services include evaluation and analysis of existing mechanical systems, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, ventilation for indoor air quality control, hydronic (heating & chilled water) central plants and distribution systems, process cooling water systems, steam systems for heating, humidification, and sterilization, and energy conservation systems.
- Electrical Engineering: Our electrical capabilities include studies, evaluation and analysis of existing electrical systems, coordination with electrical utility companies for site electrical design, electrical power distribution and lighting systems, emergency and standby electrical systems, uninterruptible power supply systems, computer room power distribution systems, plumbing evaluation and analysis of existing plumbing systems, process piping distribution systems, and domestic hot, cold, and tempered water systems.
- Plumbing Engineering: Our plumbing services include evaluation and analysis of existing plumbing systems, plumbing fixture recommendation and selection, process piping distribution systems, waste and vent systems, rainwater collection and pumping systems, sand, oil, and grease collection systems, and natural gas distribution systems.
- Commissioning: We offer mechanical, plumbing, and electrical & lighting system commissioning, pre-functional testing, functional performance testing, and energy code compliance services.
- Construction Administration: Our construction administration capabilities include preparation of estimates of probable construction costs, computer-aided drafting (CAD) using AutoCAD, including BIM using REVIT, green building design for LEED certification, verification of existing conditions, preparation of construction documents (plans and specifications), review of product data sheets and shop drawings, performance of periodic observations during construction, preparation of as-built drawings at project completion.
