Residential Projects

Our residential projects include urban rowhomes like the Light-Living House, which features numerous open living spaces, two separate steel stair runs, and a small original footprint that is maximized by overlapping common areas and incorporating views into and use of the outdoor courtyard space. We also specialize in creating functional work environments that cater to the needs of modern families.

Commercial Projects

Our commercial projects include Row House in Lombard, a 6,000 square-foot commercial retail building with 24 parking spaces in the University Park neighborhood in North Portland. We also completed the renovation of a vacant bar, which is now leasable commercial space with OnPoint Community Bank as the anchor tenant.

Church Renovations

Our team has expertise in church renovations, including the proposed new steeple and interior renovations for Hoodview Seventh-day Adventist Church in Boring, Oregon.
