At Primary Care Health Services, Inc. (PCHS), our mission is to provide comprehensive primary and preventative health care services to medically underserved and indigent populations residing in Allegheny County. We are committed to offering high-quality, patient-centered care, regardless of an individual's ability to pay.
Medical Care Services
Our medical care services extend to adults aged 18 and over. We provide full physical exams, cancer screenings, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. We prioritize early detection and management of modifiable diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and others. Our services are integrated with laboratory and immunization services, and our pharmacy services for patients.

In addition to our medical care services, we offer specialty care services that cater to the unique needs of our patients. Our specialty care services include:
Podiatry
Our podiatry services provide comprehensive care for patients with foot and ankle conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions such as diabetes-related foot care.
Pediatric Care
Our pediatric care services cater to patients aged 17 and younger. We provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment for common pediatric conditions.
Dental Services
Our dental services offer routine exams, cleanings, and treatments for patients of all ages.
Pharmacy Services
Our pharmacy services provide convenient access to prescription medications and wellness products. Our pharmacy is located on the ground floor of our Alma Illery Medical Center and offers walk-in services or delivery of prescriptions at no charge to any of our nine health centers in Allegheny County.
Telemedicine Services
Our telemedicine services offer remote medical consultations and assessments, allowing patients to receive medical care from the comfort of their own homes.
Behavioral Health Services
Our behavioral health services provide counseling, therapy, and support for patients dealing with mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.
