Kelly McBryde, Chief Executive Officer, brings a strong hospital operations background to the outsourcing industry. With over 30 years of experience, Kelly has served as CEO of small rural hospitals and large tertiary facilities.
Sherri Shaw, MS, LPC, NCC, Vice President of Inpatient Services, has over 20 years of experience providing behavioral health services to those in both rural and urban settings. She serves as a certified instructor for Non-Crisis Prevention Institute.
Karen Fauer, Chief Financial Officer, has over 20 years of experience in healthcare auditing and consulting. As a CPA, Karen has served as CFO in a rural hospital and was responsible for the financial management and reporting of all the system's small rural hospitals.
Kenna Dunlap Johnson, MBA, MSW, LCSW, Vice President of Outpatient Services, has over 16 years of experience working in the behavioral health industry. Kenna has served as Program Director for an UltraGroup IOP and Director of Behavioral Health for a rural hospital system.
Tashua Grizzle, PhD, LNHA, Vice President of Quality Management, has over 25 years of healthcare experience. Tashua specializes in healthcare leadership, long-term care, behavioral health, quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement.
Sheila Frazier, RN, Director of Performance Improvement & Compliance, brings over 30 years of Nursing expertise to UltraGroup. Sheila develops and revises policies and procedures to meet CMS and state regulations.
