Our Services

- Schematic Design: The first phase of the design process, during which we work closely with our clients to determine the project's basic requirements and goals. We produce rough study drawings that illustrate the basic concepts of the design, along with initial cost estimates.
- Design Development: The second phase of the design process, where we refine the design, specifying materials, window and door locations, and general structural details. This phase usually yields a detailed construction cost estimate, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and section drawings with full dimensions.
- Construction Documents: The third phase of the design process, where we produce detailed drawings that will guide the construction of the project. These drawings are sent to contractors for pricing or bidding, as well as to the building department for required permit approvals.
- Construction Administration: The final phase of the design process, during which we oversee the construction process, ensuring that the selected contractor is compliant with the contract documents and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
