Our Practice
Our law firm is a full-service law firm that handles a broad range of civil and criminal litigation, as well as appeals. We also have extensive experience in both state and federal courts, having argued cases before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and other federal and state courts.
Our Attorney
Our lead attorney, Charles O. Grigson, is a seasoned lawyer with over 40 years of experience. He graduated from Baylor University in 1969 and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University Law School in 1974. He has been licensed to practice law since 1974 and has received numerous appointments as receiver, trustee, administrator, and other fiduciary capacities. These appointments have involved the firm in litigation involving the motion picture industry, the recording industry, and related copyright and trademark disputes.
