FTC Remodeling Experience
Scope of Work
The author, Christine Hovater, hired FTC to undertake a significant renovation project, which included a partial kitchen remodel, a total remodel of the main bathroom, hardwood floor refinishing, replacing fireplace tiles, installing a barn door, and replacing all can lighting in their home.

Design and Functionality
The author was impressed with the excellent ideas provided by Glen and Sandy, which helped upgrade their kitchen without requiring a complete demolition. The new island, countertops, and backsplash transformed the space, making it look like a total remodel. Similarly, the suggestions incorporated into the main bathroom remodel made the space more functional, despite the townhome's space constraints.
