Our clinic is a family-owned business located in the outskirts of Portland, Maine. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Joseph Hayes has dedicated his career to nurturing health and preventing sickness. He has learned many different techniques to ensure that he can help each patient, no matter what their needs may be. From chiropractic care to weight loss, nutrition, and spinal decompression, we offer a range of services to help you live a healthier, happier life.

Meet Dr. Joseph Hayes
Dr. Joseph Hayes is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate with a background in the US Army Academy of Health Sciences and in-home care physical therapy. He turned his unique understanding of life's fragility into a career dedicated to nurturing health. He works alongside his wife, Heather, in their family-owned clinic in Maine.
