Our Team

Our team is composed of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience in various fields of architecture, including:
- James Karmolinski, AIA: Principal and leader of our architecture department, with over 20 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale projects.
- Troy C. Leonard, AIA: Principal and business development director, with over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development.
- Brian Yachyshen, AIA: Principal and project manager, with over 15 years of experience in managing projects and leading teams.
- Kathryn Babcock, AIA: Principal and interior designer, with over 15 years of experience in designing and managing interior design projects.
