DiMartino & Associates was originally established in 1956 by Edward J. DiMartino, Sr. As a family-owned business, we have always prided ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with our clients, founded on trust and dedication. Today, under the leadership of Edward J. DiMartino, Jr., we continue to serve our clients with the same commitment to excellence and personalized service that has defined our firm for over half a century.

Edward J. DiMartino, Jr., CPA
A second-generation CPA, Edward J. DiMartino, Jr. has dedicated his career to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College and a Juris Doctor from Southern New England School of Law. As a member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations, the RI Society of CPAs, RI Association of Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Edward is committed to staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving world of finance and taxation.
